Great high end place with good food. It is quite expensive but worth the taste. Servers will pour the drinks for you, refill, serve the food, etc. There is a formal dress code. Overall nice place would recommend

I have been in the Sumakh Baku branch many times. Once I arrived in Istanbul, my first place to visit was Sumakh. The food and atmosphere were exactly the same as in Baku. Big thanks to the management, Rauf, and Novel to giving me the best service. Keep it up

This restaurant is super Amazing! ! We were lucky to experience this place in the second day of opening and already it is our favorite restaurant in Istanbul. The food is beyond delicious, the staff are so friendly and kind, the ambiance is gorgeous! We ordered Coban salad, manual salad, Garza dumplings, tandoori lamb shoulder, homemade pickles. All of this was delicious, the bread was also delicious. Highly recommend it!

Absolutely delicious food. I didn’t take pictures of the main dishes, but we had green dolma, pilaf with cherries and lemon chicken. Simply wow. The staff are super nice. A very elegant experience with super good food. Thank you!

The place was amazing. Super neat and nice marble interior. The service was lovely the team were super polite and friendly. We weee welcomed at the door and our coats were taken. A fine dining expereince. Food was served on our platter and the waiter shared his recommendation that was great. Emre and Joseph made sure that all our needs were met and they were always attending to our table. The food was really good suoer rich flavors and nice ingredients. All the meats were great quality and the best was the bread stuffed in rice was superb with rich flavor. I highly recommend.

We were fortunate to notice the sign and opted to give SUMAKH a try. Visiting on January 2nd, 2024, which happened to be their second day of operation. As avid world travelers accustomed to high-end dining, I must emphasize that the food, service, and overall experience at this restaurant were exceptional, prompting us to plan a visit to Baku this upcoming summer. It's truly that impressive!
